Responsible Serving Credentials
Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control Approval:
PSCC's Title 4 BASIC Training Course is approved by the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. When you finish the course, you can print your official Certificate of Completion for BASIC Title 4 training instantly or call or email us and we can send it out to you in the mail.
California Responsible Beverage Service Approval:
PSCC's Responsible Serving Course for California is approved by the CA Dept of Alcoholic Beverage Control. When you finish the course, you can print your official certificate instantly or call or email us and we can send it out to you in the mail.
Comptroller of Maryland Approval:
The PSCC Responsible Serving course has been approved for alcohol awareness training by the Comptroller of Maryland.
Montana Department of Revenue Liquor Control Division Approval:
This Montana Responsible Serving training will meet the new Montana Alcohol Server training requirements and the certification is valid for 3 years.
Nebraska Liquor Control Commission Approval:
The PSCC Responsible Serving Course has been approved by the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission and in case of a violation may be required by the commission. The cost of the course includes $10 fee for registration with the state of Nebraska.
Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education Approval:
The PSCC Responsible Serving course is an approved alcohol awareness training program and is valid across Nevada. Clark County (Las Vegas) and Washoe County (Reno) require all servers be trained, and require all servers have a hard plastic Alcohol Education Card. Training is optional in all other counties, but a proctor is required to get the hard plastic Alcohol Education card.
Oregon Liquor Control Commission Approval:
Obtaining a Service Permit in Oregon is a
TWO STEP Process:
1. Complete an approved training course, such as PSCC's OR Responsible Serving course.
2. Apply directly to the OLCC for a service permit The PSCC OR Responsible Serving Course has been approved by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission and fulfills the training requirement for obtaining an alcohol service permit. You MUST also submit a Service Permit Application to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission. Upon successful completion of the exam at the end of the course and submitting your permit application, you will receive your official alcohol service permit from the OLCC.
Washington State Liquor Control Board Approval:
PSCC's WA MAST Responsible Serving is approved by the Washington State Liquor Control Board for online Mandatory Alcohol Server Training. Upon successful completion of this course and the final exam, each student will be mailed his or her MAST permit. Washington state requires a certification wallet size card, and you cannot print that, we have to mail it to you.
Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration Approval:
The PSCC DC Responsible Serving Course has been approved by the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration and satisfy the licensing requirements.
Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission Approval:
PSCC's Responsible Serving Certification Course for TX is approved by TABC for the required training. Once you have completed the course, you will receive a temporary certificate and your official TABC wallet card is sent to you in the mail.
Utah DSAMH Certification Approval:
PSCC's Responsible Serving Course for UT is approved by the Utah Dept of Alcoholic Beverage Control for the required DSAMH certification / permit. When you finish the course, you can print your official certificate instantly or call or email us and we can send it out to you in the mail. We submit student records to the Utah Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control and we can also mail out your official certificate if you are not able to print it.
Wisconsin Dept. of Revenue Responsible Beverage Service Certification Approval:
PSCC's Wisconsin Responsible Serving Course is approved by the Wisconsin Dept of Revenue for the required training for alcohol seller / server certification (server license) in Wisconsin. When you finish the course, you can print your certificate instantly or call or email us and we will send your certificate to you by mail.
Illinois Basset Program Certification Approval - Illinois Liquor Control Commission:
PSCC's Responsible Serving Course for Illinois is an approved Basset Program certification provider. Once you have passed the course, you can print your Basset approved seller / server permit or we can send your certificate to you in the mail.
North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Board Approved:
PSCC's Responsible Serving Course for North Carolina bartender certification is approved by the NC ABC board for the required seller / server license in North Carolina. When you finish the course, you can print your official certificate or we can send it to you in the mail.
Alcohol Training Awareness Program (ATAP) Approve by the New York State Liquor Authority:
The Rserving Responsible Serving Course is an approved Alcohol Training Awareness Program (ATAP), by the New York State Liquor Authority. This On-Premise training course will train you in responsible serving techniques for bartenders, servers, waiters and waitresses and will certify you to work in On-Premises establishments. New York has different requirements for on-premises and off-premises training. If you work in a convenience store, grocery store, liquor store or other any off-premises sale businesses, you will need to take the Rserving.com Off-Premises Responsible Serving course for Off-Premise training in responsible alcohol selling techniques for clerks and managers.
South Dakota Department of Revenue and Regulation Approved:
PSCC's Responsible Serving Course for South Dakota alcohol sellers and server certification is approved by the SD Deparment of Revenue and Regulation. When you finish the course, you can print your certificate or we can send it to you in the mail.
Wyoming Department of Revenue - Liquor Distribution Division Approved:
PSCC's Responsible Serving Course for Wyoming bartenders and alcohol sellers and servers is approved by the Wyoming Deparment of Revenue - Liquor Distribution Division. When you finish the course, you can print your certificate or we can send it to you in the mail.

Wisconsin Dept of Health, Food Safety, and Recreational Licensing:
The PSCC Food Safety for Managers Re-Certification Course has been approved by the Wisconsin Department of Health, Food Safety and Recreational Licensing Section. Completion of this four hour course meets the full training requirements for Food Manager Recertification. Your PSCC Certificate of Completion can be submitted with your renewal application for recertification.
