PSCC’s Dartmouth Responsible Serving Course is a customized server training program for students at Dartmouth. This program educates students on New Hampshire law and trains them on techniques that promote safety.
Upon completion, student will be able to:
- Recognize the server's role in the enhancement of public/campus safety
- Understand their responsibilities and obligations under law
- Know what the term BAC means and how it is calculated
- Recognize when an individual is intoxicated
- Prevent individuals from becoming intoxicated
- Refuse service with minimal conflict
- Recognize signs of alcohol poisoning
- Prevent disturbances

PSCC On-Line Learning System
Professional Server Certification Corporation (PSCC) is a leading provider of on-line and computer-based training and certification in the hospitality industry. It is our belief that interactive, self-paced education programs increase learner retention and improve the overall effectiveness of state certification programs. We perform this training via interactive computer courses, using our proprietary training system. Our training is not comprised of textbooks and videos; but rather it is a learning system. Such interactive learning allows students to move through the course at their own pace, using a system that is easy to understand and operate. The lessons include intermediate testing and other functions to assist in knowledge retention.
Employer Support
Support services are available through the PSCC toll free support line. This line is staffed with technical experts 12 hours a day Monday through Friday and limited staff available on Saturday. Email support is available seven days a week.
