What does the responsible server course teach me?
The responsible server course teaches you how to serve alcohol responsibly. Topics in this course include: how
to spot a fake id, how to tell when someone is intoxicated, how to cut someone off when they've had too much to
drink, and the legal responsibilities of a server as well as your state's laws.
What does the food manager certification course teach me?
PSCC Food Manager Certification Course exceeds the state requirements in most states. However, there are many local jurisdictions that may have different requirements and it is up to you to
check your local food safety requirements. In addition, many employers also
require managers to be certified. The PSCC Food Manager Certification Course has been written to the FDA Food Code and will
prepare you to take any of the three exams approved by ANSI and the Conference on Food Protection (CFP). Once you have completed
the PSCC Food Manager Certification course, you will be instructed on how you can register to take a proctored food manager exam.
The exam is administered by a national organization and the fees for the exam are not included in the course.
