Colorado Alcohol Seller / Server Certification
Colorado has various laws regulating the legal
age an individual needs to be to consume, sell, or serve alcoholic beverages and other regulations regarding the
sale and service of alcoholic beverages. Within Colorado, the legal age to consume alcoholic beverages is 21.
There are also rules and regulations regarding what is required to become a bartender in Colorado.

Acceptable Forms of ID: Current acceptable forms of ID in Colorado are as follows:
- An operator's license issued by any US State, US Territory, or foreign country including Canada and Mexico
- A state issued ID card
- A Military Identification Card
- A Passport
- An Alien Registration Card
- A valid employment authorization document issued by the US Department of Homeland Security.
In order to be considered valid, any of the ID's listed above need to contain a picture and a date of birth. |
